Dev Prem Level I refines your prana; (your energy; the essence of your being) through an initial shaktipat that helps you release negative emotions from your mind, soul and body and induces a process of healing through forgiveness. After the first attunement you will feel inner peace, harmony and a sense of freedom. Old wounds and the emotions associated with them will heal. This sets the stage for your personal and spiritual development. After the first seven days you will notice a remarkable difference in your clairsentience skills; as the "sattvic" qualities in your prana increase you will become more aware of “energy constellations and energy quality”.

 

For the 21 days after the attunement you are required to do the prescribed exercises as described in the manual.
