I felt the energy enter through the top of my head. It produced a pleasant tingling sensation as it slowly flowed down my spine. When it entered my body, I felt my 'third eye' expand greatly. I have had some blockages in that area lately, so it was surprising when it expanded and filled with energy so much my spine and third eye were pulsing with a steady beat I felt the sensation flow down to my hands and eventually to my feet. I felt very secure and like I was swimming in peace, I could feel the awareness that is within me and others...it surrounds and is everything.
